Digital Products — 7-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Veranoz digital product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@veranoz.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This applies to all Veranoz digital products including the 30-Day Glow-Up Planner, the Self-Care Bundle, and the 30-Day Glow-Up Routine Course.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@veranoz.com with your order number and the subject line “Refund Request.” We process all refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Affiliate Products

For products purchased through affiliate links on our website or in our emails, refund policies are governed by the respective merchant (Skinception, Natural Health Source, etc.). Most of our affiliate partners offer 60-67 day money-back guarantees. Please contact the merchant directly for affiliate product refunds.
