How to Use This Self-Care Checklist System

This checklist is organized into three frequencies — daily, weekly, and monthly. Daily habits are the foundation: quick, non-negotiable, 5 minutes or less each. Weekly habits are where the deeper work happens. Monthly habits are the resets that maintain everything over time. Together they form a complete self-care system that does not require hours of free time to maintain.

Every Single Day

  • Drink two glasses of water before coffee or tea

  • SPF on hands and any exposed skin
  • Remove makeup and cleanse face before bed
  • Evening moisturizer and lip balm

  • 8 hours of sleep — protect this aggressively

Weekly Self-Care Checklist

Once Per Week — Sunday Recommended

  • Everything shower — full body reset ritual (60-90 minutes)
  • Hair mask on dry hair before shower
  • Full body exfoliation with sugar scrub
  • Face mask during shower
  • Nail care — file, buff, cuticle oil, hand cream
  • Change bed sheets and pillowcases
  • Outfit prep for the coming week
  • Weekly reflection — three wins, one adjustment
  • Grocery or meal prep for healthy eating

Monthly Self-Care Checklist

Once Per Month

  • Deep scalp treatment — clarifying shampoo to remove buildup
  • Deep conditioning body mask
  • Review and audit your skincare and body care products
  • Clean and reorganize your skincare and beauty area
  • Try one new routine or product
  • Digital declutter — phone, photos, apps
  • Journal — review the month, set one intention for next month
